Many of us meditate alone. I usually do. Sometimes however I enjoy being with others to meditate in a group. Last year I made my house available for one hour, once a week, to anyone who would like to come and do silent sitting and walking meditation with me. The $5 fee is donated to beyondblue:the national depression initiative. All welcome, including those new to meditation.
